Papay Development Trust Properties to Rent

Morven House

Morven House is available to let on a Short Assured Tenancy from 10th January 2017 - tenancies for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 18 months. This three-bedroomed property, next to the island's market garden, has a Band D Energy Performance Certificate. Rent £400pcm, all bills extra.

Rose Cottage is available for short lets over a 2-3 month period from early January 2017. This one-bedroomed property will be required from April for the RSPB Warden. The rent will be £160 per week, or £350 pcm for a month, £600 for two months, all bills extra.
