To expand our community we need more quality housing, blending as far as possible with the traditional island environment.


Papay Development Trust Properties to Rent

Morven House

Morven House is available to let on a Short Assured Tenancy from 10th January 2017 - tenancies for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 18 months. This three-bedroomed property, next to the island's market garden, has a Band D Energy Performance Certificate. Rent £400pcm, all bills extra.

Rose Cottage is available for short lets over a 2-3 month period from early January 2017. This one-bedroomed property will be required from April for the RSPB Warden. The rent will be £160 per week, or £350 pcm for a month, £600 for two months, all bills extra.

Applications for the tenancy of either property will be assessed against the Papay Local Lettings Policy. Applications for either property must be received by noon, Friday 11th November.
